Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning this Website. - Backup saving and management
This type of service allows EMA Group to save and manage backups of this Website on external servers managed by the service provider itself. BT App - Privacy Policy
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR “BT APP” SOFTWARE
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DON'T AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE PROVIDED SOFTWARE.
1. General provisions
General Terms and Conditions for using BT App (henceforth referred to as General Terms and Conditions) lay out the guidelines of using BT App and govern the relationship between EMA d.o.o., Teharje 7B, 3000 Celje, Slovenia (henceforth referred to as EMA) as the developer and provider of BT App and end users.
EMA reserves the right to change or amend the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, the amended terms and conditions shall enter into force on the day of publication at BlueTraker website available at www.bluetraker.com, and are considered binding for BT App users from that day onwards.
2. Definitions
BlueTraker is a telematic device, mounted on Fishing Vessels, which sends VMS (Vessel Monitoring System) data to EMA backend system over two separate communications channels (GPRS and Iridium Satellite).
TDS Backend Server is an essential part of BlueTraker Environment. It aggregates and process VMS data send from BlueTraker devices all over the world.
BT App is an application which offers additional functionalities to users of BlueTraker device, such as activation of distress signal on open water, simple chat options with VMS authorities and change of BlueTraker status (fishing mode, sailing mode etc.)
User encompasses the end-users, i.e., customers of BT App and Authorities
3. BT App
3.1. Main information
BT App is essentially fully integrated with BlueTraker device and expends its functionalities. It is provided exclusively to users who have purchased a BlueTraker device. It uses broadband connection only during registration. After successful registration it communicates only with BlueTraker. BT App uses TDS solely for registration purposes. During registration User must provide its phone number and full name in order to receive Bluetooth paring information (needed to work with BlueTraker).
3.2. Registration of BT App
In the registration process a BlueTraker device is paired with BT App. User can register BT App only if a BlueTraker device was purchased as well. Corresponding registration code must be used during registration process in order to verify BlueTraker device.
The following data must be provided during the registration:
• Phone number
• BlueTraker serial number
• BlueTraker Registration Code
• Owner name
• Owner vessel
Once all info above is entered in registration form, user will receive activation code on his phone in order to finish pairing process with BlueTraker. Once registration process is finished BT App only communicates with BlueTraker. It doesn’t communicate with backend system and doesn’t process any personal or location data.
3.3. Un-registration of BT App
User can unregister its BlueTraker terminal from the BT App at any time. To achieve this he must simply remove the BlueTraker terminal from “Select devices” screen. This results to data deletion on TDS backend server as well. From this point on the BlueTraker terminal is again available for pairing with other users.
3.4. Location usage
The application needs location permission in order to work with the device's Bluetooth module. The application does not collect any location data.
Location data is not being collected in the background. Location data is only being used while actively using the application due to Bluetooth module permissions.
4. Technical Support
Technical support for users of BT App is provided by authorized Repairers and qualified installers. List of authorized Repairers and qualified installers (i.e. authorized persons) is available at www.bluetraker.com
Technical support for is provided in the form of physical assistance at the user location and in the form of remote assistance in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. Technical support is provided during workdays, between 7 am and 3 pm. The provider undertakes to allow the authorized Repairer to provide technical support. The provider does not assume responsibility for the work of authorized Repairers. The payments for the services rendered are made directly to the authorized Repairer.
5. Force majeure
The provider assumes no responsibility for any damage, delay or functional deficiencies of the BT App resulting from force majeure or events that could not be affected, prevented or deterred.
6. Provider's obligations
The provider undertakes to make all the necessary efforts to ensure the smooth and faultless operation of BT App. The provider undertakes to develop and upgrade of BT App. In case of technical, software or other upgrades and updates the provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of BT App. The provider does not assume the responsibility for short-term interruptions that occur at the time of the upgrade or due to the upgrade.
The provider undertakes that in any operation, which involves the processing of the users personal data, it will act in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the field of personal data protection.
7. Copyright
The full content, as well as the platform and design features of BlueTraker, BT App and other accompanying and support systems (hereinafter: all content) are copyrighted and copyright protected.
All rights reserved. All content is copyrighted and can be used by users only for private and non-commercial purposes that comply with the rules set out in these terms and conditions, and in no way for public or commercial purposes. It is strictly forbidden to distribute, copy, reproduce, represent, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, translate, sell or otherwise dispose of all or part of all content of BlueTraker, BT App and accompanying support systems without the express written permission of the provider. Users shall be deemed to have been informed that, from the date of first use of BT App, the provider may initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against the infringer in the event of infringements of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
8. Final provisions
The legal validity of these provisions, the relationship between the provider and the user, as well as resolving possible disputes, falls under the jurisdiction of the regulations in force in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, except insofar as the regulations governing the field of consumer protection and which apply in the country of the user provide a more comprehensive protection. All possible disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction at the place where the provider has its principal place of business.
Insofar as an individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions proves invalid, this does not affect the validity of other provisions.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this chapter, the provider reserves the right to submit claims arising from the misuse of copyright or other rights reserved to it under these General Terms and Conditions and relating to other general acts of the provider, and to enforce them under the law applicable in the country of the user.

BT App - Privacy Policy
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR “BT APP” SOFTWARE
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DON'T AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE PROVIDED SOFTWARE.
1. General provisions
General Terms and Conditions for using BT App (henceforth referred to as General Terms and Conditions) lay out the guidelines of using BT App and govern the relationship between EMA d.o.o., Teharje 7B, 3000 Celje, Slovenia (henceforth referred to as EMA) as the developer and provider of BT App and end users.
EMA reserves the right to change or amend the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, the amended terms and conditions shall enter into force on the day of publication at BlueTraker website available at www.bluetraker.com, and are considered binding for BT App users from that day onwards.
2. Definitions
BlueTraker is a telematic device, mounted on Fishing Vessels, which sends VMS (Vessel Monitoring System) data to EMA backend system over two separate communications channels (GPRS and Iridium Satellite).
TDS Backend Server is an essential part of BlueTraker Environment. It aggregates and process VMS data send from BlueTraker devices all over the world.
BT App is an application which offers additional functionalities to users of BlueTraker device, such as activation of distress signal on open water, simple chat options with VMS authorities and change of BlueTraker status (fishing mode, sailing mode etc.)
User encompasses the end-users, i.e., customers of BT App and Authorities
3. BT App
3.1. Main information
BT App is essentially fully integrated with BlueTraker device and expends its functionalities. It is provided exclusively to users who have purchased a BlueTraker device. It uses broadband connection only during registration. After successful registration it communicates only with BlueTraker. BT App uses TDS solely for registration purposes. During registration User must provide its phone number and full name in order to receive Bluetooth paring information (needed to work with BlueTraker).
3.2. Registration of BT App
In the registration process a BlueTraker device is paired with BT App. User can register BT App only if a BlueTraker device was purchased as well. Corresponding registration code must be used during registration process in order to verify BlueTraker device.
The following data must be provided during the registration:
• Phone number
• BlueTraker serial number
• BlueTraker Registration Code
• Owner name
• Owner vessel
Once all info above is entered in registration form, user will receive activation code on his phone in order to finish pairing process with BlueTraker. Once registration process is finished BT App only communicates with BlueTraker. It doesn’t communicate with backend system and doesn’t process any personal or location data.
3.3. Un-registration of BT App
User can unregister its BlueTraker terminal from the BT App at any time. To achieve this he must simply remove the BlueTraker terminal from “Select devices” screen. This results to data deletion on TDS backend server as well. From this point on the BlueTraker terminal is again available for pairing with other users.
3.4. Location usage
The application needs location permission in order to work with the device's Bluetooth module. The application does not collect any location data.
Location data is not being collected in the background. Location data is only being used while actively using the application due to Bluetooth module permissions.
4. Technical Support
Technical support for users of BT App is provided by authorized Repairers and qualified installers. List of authorized Repairers and qualified installers (i.e. authorized persons) is available at www.bluetraker.com
Technical support for is provided in the form of physical assistance at the user location and in the form of remote assistance in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. Technical support is provided during workdays, between 7 am and 3 pm. The provider undertakes to allow the authorized Repairer to provide technical support. The provider does not assume responsibility for the work of authorized Repairers. The payments for the services rendered are made directly to the authorized Repairer.
5. Force majeure
The provider assumes no responsibility for any damage, delay or functional deficiencies of the BT App resulting from force majeure or events that could not be affected, prevented or deterred.
6. Provider's obligations
The provider undertakes to make all the necessary efforts to ensure the smooth and faultless operation of BT App. The provider undertakes to develop and upgrade of BT App. In case of technical, software or other upgrades and updates the provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of BT App. The provider does not assume the responsibility for short-term interruptions that occur at the time of the upgrade or due to the upgrade.
The provider undertakes that in any operation, which involves the processing of the users personal data, it will act in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the field of personal data protection.
7. Copyright
The full content, as well as the platform and design features of BlueTraker, BT App and other accompanying and support systems (hereinafter: all content) are copyrighted and copyright protected.
All rights reserved. All content is copyrighted and can be used by users only for private and non-commercial purposes that comply with the rules set out in these terms and conditions, and in no way for public or commercial purposes. It is strictly forbidden to distribute, copy, reproduce, represent, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, translate, sell or otherwise dispose of all or part of all content of BlueTraker, BT App and accompanying support systems without the express written permission of the provider. Users shall be deemed to have been informed that, from the date of first use of BT App, the provider may initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against the infringer in the event of infringements of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
8. Final provisions
The legal validity of these provisions, the relationship between the provider and the user, as well as resolving possible disputes, falls under the jurisdiction of the regulations in force in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, except insofar as the regulations governing the field of consumer protection and which apply in the country of the user provide a more comprehensive protection. All possible disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction at the place where the provider has its principal place of business.
Insofar as an individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions proves invalid, this does not affect the validity of other provisions.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this chapter, the provider reserves the right to submit claims arising from the misuse of copyright or other rights reserved to it under these General Terms and Conditions and relating to other general acts of the provider, and to enforce them under the law applicable in the country of the user.

In all other cases, Users may inquire with EMA Group to find out which rights apply to them. In particular, Users have the right to do the following:
- Withdraw their consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw consent where they have previously given their consent to the processing of their Personal Data.
- Object to the processing of their Data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their Data if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. Further details are provided in the dedicated section below.
- Access their Data. Users have the right to learn if Data is being processed by the Owner, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the Data undergoing processing.
- Verify and seek rectification. Users have the right to verify the accuracy of their Data and ask for it to be updated or corrected.
- Restrict the processing of their Data. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of their Data. In this case, EMA Group will not process their Data for any purpose other than storing it.

Where Personal Data is processed for the public interest, in the exercise of an official authority vested in the Owner or for the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner, Users may object to such processing by providing a ground related to their particular situation to justify the objection. BT App - Privacy Policy
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR “BT APP” SOFTWARE
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DON'T AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE PROVIDED SOFTWARE.
1. General provisions
General Terms and Conditions for using BT App (henceforth referred to as General Terms and Conditions) lay out the guidelines of using BT App and govern the relationship between EMA d.o.o., Teharje 7B, 3000 Celje, Slovenia (henceforth referred to as EMA) as the developer and provider of BT App and end users.
EMA reserves the right to change or amend the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, the amended terms and conditions shall enter into force on the day of publication at BlueTraker website available at www.bluetraker.com, and are considered binding for BT App users from that day onwards.
2. Definitions
BlueTraker is a telematic device, mounted on Fishing Vessels, which sends VMS (Vessel Monitoring System) data to EMA backend system over two separate communications channels (GPRS and Iridium Satellite).
TDS Backend Server is an essential part of BlueTraker Environment. It aggregates and process VMS data send from BlueTraker devices all over the world.
BT App is an application which offers additional functionalities to users of BlueTraker device, such as activation of distress signal on open water, simple chat options with VMS authorities and change of BlueTraker status (fishing mode, sailing mode etc.)
User encompasses the end-users, i.e., customers of BT App and Authorities
3. BT App
3.1. Main information
BT App is essentially fully integrated with BlueTraker device and expends its functionalities. It is provided exclusively to users who have purchased a BlueTraker device. It uses broadband connection only during registration. After successful registration it communicates only with BlueTraker. BT App uses TDS solely for registration purposes. During registration User must provide its phone number and full name in order to receive Bluetooth paring information (needed to work with BlueTraker).
3.2. Registration of BT App
In the registration process a BlueTraker device is paired with BT App. User can register BT App only if a BlueTraker device was purchased as well. Corresponding registration code must be used during registration process in order to verify BlueTraker device.
The following data must be provided during the registration:
• Phone number
• BlueTraker serial number
• BlueTraker Registration Code
• Owner name
• Owner vessel
Once all info above is entered in registration form, user will receive activation code on his phone in order to finish pairing process with BlueTraker. Once registration process is finished BT App only communicates with BlueTraker. It doesn’t communicate with backend system and doesn’t process any personal or location data.
3.3. Un-registration of BT App
User can unregister its BlueTraker terminal from the BT App at any time. To achieve this he must simply remove the BlueTraker terminal from “Select devices” screen. This results to data deletion on TDS backend server as well. From this point on the BlueTraker terminal is again available for pairing with other users.
3.4. Location usage
The application needs location permission in order to work with the device's Bluetooth module. The application does not collect any location data.
Location data is not being collected in the background. Location data is only being used while actively using the application due to Bluetooth module permissions.
4. Technical Support
Technical support for users of BT App is provided by authorized Repairers and qualified installers. List of authorized Repairers and qualified installers (i.e. authorized persons) is available at www.bluetraker.com
Technical support for is provided in the form of physical assistance at the user location and in the form of remote assistance in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. Technical support is provided during workdays, between 7 am and 3 pm. The provider undertakes to allow the authorized Repairer to provide technical support. The provider does not assume responsibility for the work of authorized Repairers. The payments for the services rendered are made directly to the authorized Repairer.
5. Force majeure
The provider assumes no responsibility for any damage, delay or functional deficiencies of the BT App resulting from force majeure or events that could not be affected, prevented or deterred.
6. Provider's obligations
The provider undertakes to make all the necessary efforts to ensure the smooth and faultless operation of BT App. The provider undertakes to develop and upgrade of BT App. In case of technical, software or other upgrades and updates the provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of BT App. The provider does not assume the responsibility for short-term interruptions that occur at the time of the upgrade or due to the upgrade.
The provider undertakes that in any operation, which involves the processing of the users personal data, it will act in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the field of personal data protection.
7. Copyright
The full content, as well as the platform and design features of BlueTraker, BT App and other accompanying and support systems (hereinafter: all content) are copyrighted and copyright protected.
All rights reserved. All content is copyrighted and can be used by users only for private and non-commercial purposes that comply with the rules set out in these terms and conditions, and in no way for public or commercial purposes. It is strictly forbidden to distribute, copy, reproduce, represent, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, translate, sell or otherwise dispose of all or part of all content of BlueTraker, BT App and accompanying support systems without the express written permission of the provider. Users shall be deemed to have been informed that, from the date of first use of BT App, the provider may initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against the infringer in the event of infringements of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
8. Final provisions
The legal validity of these provisions, the relationship between the provider and the user, as well as resolving possible disputes, falls under the jurisdiction of the regulations in force in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, except insofar as the regulations governing the field of consumer protection and which apply in the country of the user provide a more comprehensive protection. All possible disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction at the place where the provider has its principal place of business.
Insofar as an individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions proves invalid, this does not affect the validity of other provisions.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this chapter, the provider reserves the right to submit claims arising from the misuse of copyright or other rights reserved to it under these General Terms and Conditions and relating to other general acts of the provider, and to enforce them under the law applicable in the country of the user.
